Our story
I started brewing 4 years ago on my balcony living in Basel.
I have brewed many beers since, but it has never gotten boring. Tapping to the ancient knowledge of fermented beverages for creating a recipe, working with all natural ingredients and then watch how yeast transform them to these delicious drinks we all enjoy, is magic itself.
The secret ingredient in all my beers is of course attention. In every sip you take, you can be sure I put weeks' worth of effort, to bring out the best flavors possible. I still brew alone, just like 4 years ago on the balcony, but you are now also part of this journey - with every feedback I receive from you, I will learn and try to make the beers even better.
This is how my story becomes our story.
