Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.kaltbrew.com, operated by Kält Brew von M. Csizmadia, Obere Leihofstrasse 9, 8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland.

The offer is directed exclusively at private consumers residing in Switzerland.

By placing an order, customers accept these Terms and Conditions in full. When submitting an order, the customer confirms they are legally capable of entering into a contract and that all information provided is accurate.

2. Registration and Orders

2.1. Registration

Only individuals with legal capacity may register in the online shop. Registration is free of charge. There is no entitlement to registration. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of their data.

2.2. Ordering and Contract Formation

Orders are placed exclusively online via www.kaltbrew.com. A purchase contract is only concluded once Kält Brew has confirmed the order via email. Kält Brew reserves the right to decline any order without providing a reason.

2.3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes to confirmed orders are not possible. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to shipping or agreed pickup time, during customer service hours, by email to contact@kaltbrew.com.

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1. Delivery & Pickup Options

Orders are shipped within Switzerland via Swiss Post or courier services. Alternatively, pickup at designated Kält Brew locations or events is possible by arrangement. Pickup times must be confirmed in advance.

3.2. Complaints

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt. Otherwise, the goods are deemed accepted. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered. Kält Brew may request evidence (e.g., photos) to verify the complaint.

4. Beer Subscription (Bierabo)

4.1. Duration and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled in writing by email to contact@kaltbrew.com at least 14 days before the renewal date. Gift subscriptions end automatically after the specified term.

4.2. Delivery and Conditions

The beer subscription is delivered four times per year via post within Switzerland. Shipping costs are included in the price. If delivery fails due to customer fault (e.g., incorrect address, refusal, absence), return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

4.3. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are issued for shipments already dispatched.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. Pricing

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.

5.2. Payment Methods

Payment is made in advance using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Twint.

5.3. Payment Security

All payments are processed via secure SSL encryption. Kält Brew has no access to customers’ payment details.

6. Product Information

Product details on www.kaltbrew.com are updated with the utmost care. However, actual product packaging may vary and always takes precedence. Recipes may change over time. Customers are advised to regularly check the label for ingredients and allergy information.

7. Youth Protection

Alcoholic beverages are not sold to persons under the age of 16. By placing an order, customers confirm they are of legal age. Kält Brew reserves the right to verify age at delivery or pickup.

8. Liability for Data Transmission

While all efforts are made to ensure continuous availability, Kält Brew cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or error-free data transmission.

9. Discounts and Vouchers

Discounts and vouchers are available while supplies last. The quantity per order may be limited. Cash redemption is not possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.kaltbrew.com (text, logos, images, designs, etc.) is the intellectual property of Kält Brew von M. Csizmadia. Any use, reproduction, or distribution for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

12.2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Wädenswil, Switzerland.

13. Amendments

Kält Brew reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of the order applies.
